I came across an advertisement in Facebook about an office chair. I ordered it at flakeshop.in for Rs. 1499 on 13th Jan 2021. I made online payment. Money has been deducted from my account. I received a message with an order confirmation with order # as 1679. I have not received the product yet. The link is unavailable. Also their support email is unavailable to rise query. This looks like a scam. Facebook should also take action against such fraudster who use their platform to dupe general public. Please do the needful.
