I am the customer of meesho app and I have returned few product because they are damaged and some products are torn and some have missing items in that and I have uploaded few images regarding that and they flagged my account because I have more returned ordered that the received ones. I also have two prepaid order placed before they flagged my account and now they are not returning my amount and the other one is broken and they are not even returning the product and the customer care service is pathetic and they didn’t provide me solution. I want my money back and my account to be reopened.
