Dear sir,
I am using services for airtel fixedline 07554246243 long time. For the first time due to lockdown I knew I would not be able to use its services further more till lockdown so I paid bill for the month of March and I tried to call customer care for the suspension number of times. There was no response. I tried to search for the suspension option on airtel thanks app as well but I was not able to get it. I am sharing the image of it. Finally I tweeted on 30 March regarding this. Then I got reply in April regarding this I cleared them about suspension giving all the details. They said that they will suspend it soon. But they didn’t. I got bill for April and May. I didn’t used 0.1 mb. Why I am asked to pay bill of Rs1440.0. I was using it for commercial purpose. And since I didn’t used it I would not be able to pay this amount. Its a hard time for a middle class person please try to understand and waive this amount and start my services.
