TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
This is a gentle reminder to look into the e mail sent on 27/06/2020 with reference to the fixed line & broadband service not functioning since the past few days.
We are being told that due to lockdown “there is a delay in response from Airtel.”
There is no lockdown in Delhi & this is for your information.
Request to look into the complaint sent through e mail dated 25/06/2020 & to ensure that the same is resolved immediately as our “work from home” is entirely dependent on the internet.

A complaint was also made on27/06/2020 with the service request number– 119037736

Request you to look into this issue on urgent basis.

Kindly ensure that the landline starts functioning immediately & the WiFi also starts with immediate effect.

Respected Sir/Madam,

Reference to my e mail dated 25th June 2020 (the trail of e mails of April 2020 is also enclosed herewith)- may I request you to look into the persistent issue since April 2020 (reference e mails dated 20th April 2020 & 23rd April 2020).
We were assured in the e mail dated 23rd April 2020 as well as by the service engineer that this problem will not come up again.
However,fyi,since 25th June 2020, the landline number 011-41771700 is dead & related internet is also not functioning. I have enclosed herewith the screenshots of the message that is received when we try connecting to the WiFi.
A gentle reminder that WiFi is essential to work from home in the current Covid-19 times.

Respected Sir/Madam,

Reference to my earlier mail to you on 20th April 2020 & further to your reply dated 23rd April 2020 wherein you had assured that there would be no further connectivity issues.
May I request you again to look into the same issue that had been brought to your notice on 20.04.2020.
Constantly a message comes on clicking wifi that “it is connected,but no internet.”
FYI,the Airtel number 011-41771700 is in the name of my mother,Mrs.Indra Dewan.
As it is crucial to have proper network in the times of Covid-19 where WiFi is essential to work from home, it is very disheartening to see a reputed company like Airtel causing wifi issues to us when we have had a long relationship with the company since so many years.
May I request you to look into this matter at priority basis & ensure that the internet connection & speed remain unaffected at all times.
