Bought the fitbit sense smartwatch from amazon.in and was delivered an opened, unsealed box, with the product cover already tampered with. Contacted Amazon who refused to accept the complaint. Have checked the seller (stonehenge retail)’s reviews on amazon and over the past 2-3 months, many people have reported similar problems (publicly visible under seller feedback on amazon) and amazon has struck off all those reviews stating that delivery fulfillment is their responsibility and now they refuse to honor that responsibility.
