Fiserv ICICI merchant service, POS machine complaint mail sent for amount swiped and not got settled on the next day the Card swiping app is missing in POS machine trying to call there customer care but once I typed there TID number immediately it’s getting disconnected and mail send on this issue but no reply or response from them we swiped Rs 5590 not settled

We run a shop name Devaraj Garments, using Fiserv Icici merchant service of POS machin TID no : 01282555, yesterday (18/3/2026) we swiped customer card of Rs.5590 in that Fiserv icici pos machine it got success and while trying to do daily settlement the app was missing in that pos might be an Auto update in that pos machin trying to install that card swiping app in that pos machine but able to do it showing error and also amount was not settled to our account, sent a mail to Fiserv customer care but ZERO response trying calling there customer care but it’s getting disconnected, kindly help us to get resolved in this issue and get back our amount and they need to send a executive to our shop to clear this issue
