I placed an order from the category of one day guaranteed delivery. It was supposed to be delivered on the 11th of June. It is the 16th of June and I have no idea where my order is. It is non-traceable. Everyday firstcry shifts the date of delivery.
They are neither delivering the product nor refunding the money. The customer care is not responding.
