Firstcry has given delivery contract to xpressbees and I have facing delivery issue with them as they have not honour their delivery schedule which firstcry / expressbees given to customer.
All the time they have delayed the delivery and some time the delivery is verymuch urgent as its concern with small baby. Firstcry should not raise their hand and avoid their responsibility about product delivery. I am very much fed about their services. Already I have raised complaint at Firstcry but still they have not taken strong action on their delivery partners.
If they don’t able to deliver their products on time as their commitments then they need to shut their doors.
I Ordered 2 items from FirstCry on 27th Feb 24, in which one of the item was supposed to be delivered the next day but they failed to delivered .
