I ordered 3 frocks from firstcry.com, two had been delivered and 1 is not at all delivered but has status as delivered plus second issue is out of those two frocks which were delivered, one is picked up and refund has been processed but second frock is never picked up after raising return request also and they are so smart people, it’s just been deleted from the order history. It’s so strange I myself paid money for the item , I myself raised return request and even the return executive came ,I asked him too like what for this frock, if you have returned to be picked up for one item you would have for this also, he said no mam , I have for this also, may be tomorrow I will get the notification and I will come again to pick it up.
And this is now when I raised multiple times issue with this delivered status item and I asked to check order number, there what I am seeing this item is missing. So it means it’s quite clear they do touch the items on their convenience from back end.
This has happened to me one time before as well and this time also I can’t tolerate it now
And for the delivered status product they are just telling me every day …o mam it will be delivered soon and that soon is not coming since many days.
