I took a loan of 4500 from firstcash app for 7 days and repayment amount was 7000. On the 6thday, they started to send abusive messages in whatsApp asking to pay immediately. I blocked those numbers. Then they started floating my photo with a message that I’m a fraud, to all the contacts in my phone. I tried to pay off but the upi id provided in the app didn’t work in gpay Or phonepe. Informed the people who kept messaging. Then by evening they stopped messaging. Next day, penalty was posed and app showed due amt of 8k. Still I tried to pay, but their next upi id also didn’t work. Penalty kept adding and those who abuse me never agreed or understood that it’s their issue. There is no customer care number. I sent mails to the one given in app but no response. It’s a typical scam, they will keep adding penalty and make you pay by threatening.
