Text of Complaint by Ashraf Ahmad:

1 I have ordered a product which is PUMA shoes from Amazon India.

2 They delivered it on 15th of December.

3 After unpacking i found that a shoe is missing.

4 On that very moment I have requested for return

5 At the time of picking it up, they rejected to pick it up as for them the item is missing and their station is not allowing to pick the product.

6 Then I have talk to Amazon’s Customer care over call, chat and even mails multiple times.

7 The Customer care executive told me on several occasions that I am again requesting it for return and this time they will pick it up for sure.

8 And every single time the pickup boy have rejected to pick the product as for them the item was missing.

9 Sometimes the pickup boy rejected the product on its own at the date of pickup without even calling or coming to pick it up.

10 Neither they came on time nor they come now.

11 Its been more than 15 days and still their behaviour is the same giving lame reasons and telling this time they’ll pick it up.

12 I want my refund that’s all.

13 And this is the last time i have purchased any product from Amazon and i will never gonna buy anything from them again never.

14  Even they have requested return for today only and the pickup boy doesn’t show up.

15 It’s ENOUGH ENOUGH!!!!!
