Firstly unprofessional service staff of Chennai centre delayed SD to HD upgrade installation…. Worst part ROBBED OF MY NEW REMOTE part of the Tatasky HD upgrade…. when questioned the response was upgrade doesn’t come with the REMOTE….

THEN AFTER MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS
THE SERVICE CENTRE JOKERS CON BY GIVING ME A SECOND HAND REMOTE 
 
….. HORRIBLE……
 
Now the call centre are cutting off my call and not responding….
