Text of Complaint by Hardik Shah:

I brought a fireboult legacy black stainless steel watch on 25th March 2023

After receiving the product the Bluetooth speaker was not working so I issue a replacement from the company

The company man took the product with in 3-4 days

After 10 days I received an email from company due to unavailability of the product replacement will take time

As per company replacement policy they have to replace in 20-25 days

Now it’s been almost 2 month
I have not received the product

In email company is responding as we can give you the voucher so that I can select some other product than the one I order and they are not giving the same product plus I don’t want order product so I ask for refund and they are refusing it
