I purchased watch from Amazon in November 2021. My watch stopped working on 20th May 2022. I raised a complaint about my watch on 22nd, after that no response from fireboltt and after that on 6th June my complaint closed with saying complaint resolution given. I raised a complaint again in same time after that on 10th June Reverse pickup for the defective watch done by bluedart courier with tracking id 89530501373. After that on 20th June they closed my ticket with saying resolution provided watch out of stock. Upgrade to new watch after paying upgrading difference amount we will issue a gift voucher to purchase watch. I replied with proceed but after that message no reply yet .
