Dear sir/ma’am
I am Praveen Kumar
Recently, I bought a fireboltt smartwatch (ninja pro) from a shop at pune.
after 10-15 days, it was not working properly, it was getting switched off automatically even after full charged.
So, I filed a complaint (complaint No. 118630) on website for warranty support. After 8-10 days I received a mail for replacement. It has been around 1 month of that replacement mail, still no communication for replacement is arranged. Also, my complaint status is showing resolved.

please help me.
