I had purchased the fireboltt legacy smart watch on 26-03-2023 and it was not in working condition. So i returned the product and the customer care promised me that they will provide coupon code to purchase new product for the same invoice amount. But not yet received the coupon code and customer care number is been disabled for my numbers. I feel they are cheating the people and looting the money. For almost one month I am following up every 2 days once, but still now they have not provided the resolution.
