We have purchased FireBoltt Smart Watch in July 2022 through our organisation portal and registered for warranty as suggested by Fireboltt company. Below are details.
Product Name: FIRE BOLTT Ninja Call 2 (1.7 inch) Bluetooth Calling with 27 Sports Modes Smartwatch
This smart watch was working for few days, but stopped powering up suddenly and it is not even getting charged. We already raised complain on FireBoltt India portal with ticket ID is -677378 . They asked for invoice, product image which we provided in every email reply but did not receive any response since 11 January 2023.
We need smartwatch replacement at earliest
