i ordered product through lending partner SNAPMINT from fireboltt website, first they gave me defective and faulty product, when I ordered a replacement for that they took 20days without any communication in bw these days, after 20 days they send me replacement surprisingly and Intentionally they sent me wrong product without my consent stating that the original was out of stock when i emailed them I need refund i dont want to accept the different product because that was too cheap and don’t have the features i need, THEY STARTED PRESSURING me TO accept what they were saying, they are not refunding my money back and not replying to my e-mail also. i need strict action against them and fine them. i just need my refund
