I have brought firebolt invicible plus on 8 August 2023 after one month it’s rotating crown button Stop working i have registered a complaint after 7-8 the pickup done for replacement and they said to replace in 2-3 working days but on 5th day i registered a complaint that I didn’t got my replacement they said me to wait 7-10 days then i again complaint about increasing days for replacement they they said to replace in 5-6 working days, and after 2 day i again………and they said again 7-10 it’s seems that they are taking in the name of replacement and sell it after renewing…………still waiting for today 28 sep 2023,…..I regret that I bought firebolt’s watch
