Dear Sir, I have lodge a complaint on month of April 2022 against the complaint no.107909 for dead of product replacement I have send all proof to there customer email id after few days my defected product pick has been done from there end however they have delivered me a wrong version which is not matched with the product which I have purchase from them Then again I have lodge the complaint to receive the different product then there courier partner has picked up the wrong product from my home address after few month I have sent many mail and reminder but they did stop replying my mail and also did not send my replacement product
I request you to kindly help me they have done fraud to me please either reverse my money or send me the replacement as soon as earliest
