Reverse pickup done , replacement unit not received as same product were not available with you so you guys provided same amount coupon voucher so i can buy same product but i applied that coupon while buying similar product , after that i minimized window and checked product reviews on youtube it was bad , then i thought i will wait till new product arrives but now i am trying to purchase with that voucher it is not working
i mailed all on these but no reply from fireboltt team
