My name is RAJESH KUMAR.I have ordered One Fire Boltt Visionary through Amazon on 15.10.2022 and the product was delivered on 27.10.2022. My order id is 402-2690398-5885953, while receiving the product was in working condition.But after some time of use it stopped working.I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint and the product was picked from my me on 23 DECEMBER through a person arranged by Fireboltt, also I was told that it may again take aroung 8
to 10 days for the replacement .Its being now more than 10 days, still no response from Fireboltt team.I contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone and they replied it will soon be replaced and no replacement have been done till now. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative. ?
