Text of Complaint by Navjot:

I purchesed firebolt ninja 2 max from firebolt site on 14th feb nd delivered me on 17th feb. This watch is faulty its showing wrong reading of steps as this is fitness band i purched for count fitness but its accuracy is faulty. I lodge complaint with fire bolt customer care 7 days gone no response from there side . I feel cheated nd harass. I daily call to their customer care but they not solve my issue nd bloocked my no. Realy very tense nd hrass.
