I am Kalpana from Karnataka. I purchased a firebolt ring 3 smart watch last year May 22 , 2023.It damaged accidentally and the glass dial damaged. I requested the company to repair the damage at any cost as it is within the warranty period. They’re not ready to repair the damage. So, the product will go waste only. It’s not a good policy of company, if the product cannot be repair
