I have ordered Invincible Plus Black Color Watch on 15-Mar-2023, with order number 202223961636 and they did not send me invoice at that time. Now the watch is not working properly, the screen gets on automatically and remains on only and watch is not charging many times. I told Firebolt to send me invoice so i can contact service center as they are not accepting my complaint without invoice. I have send 15 mails to Firebolt support and infocare, but they are just sending me mail we will revert you in 4 to 5 days.
