I ordered Firebolt Hulk Black watch from Firebolt webstore. Order ID is 202223473930. I made the payment online via Paytm, I have attached image below. As the order was wrongly ordered I didn’t took delivery as told by their executive. Now they have to refund me and they are saying they have received no payment. They are not refunding me. I want refund.
