Received defective piece. Return request raised on 2nd day of receiving product. Product was picked up and confirmed by Firebolt team. But they haven’t given any replacement which I asked for. Wanted either replacement as per their SLA mentioned which has passed 7 days. Or refund to original bank transfer done for buying this product as per invoice or another option is amazon pay. Which they are not willing too. It has been more than 10 days and nobody is reverting with date or giving assurance for money back.
