I have purchased firwbolt hurricane smart watch and received it on 20-06-2022 when i unboxed it the watch dial colour is faded looks used and there is pre counted steps and sleep data. Immediately i raised a complaint on its website that i received defective piece for return and refund i filled the online complaint form as per its requirement asked and submitted, i got a mail saying that we will get back within 48 hours. After raising complaint a token number was issued after three days they mailed me back to send video of product which was not specified on complaint page and closed the token without actually solving my problem i.e, return of the product. Then again i replied them with the video attachment and im seeing no reply since today when i am writing my complaint i.e, 26-06-2022 i again raised new token on 25-06-2022 again got the mail that we will get back in 48 hours. In between i tried reaching customer service hundred of times they never pick up call never means never i am trying daily, i dont know why they kept that call service when they do not pick up any call. I tried dozen of request on whatsapp number for call back and status of complaint but nothing works out. On whatsapp request they say we will call you in 4-6 hours, i am trying them daily since 5 days their 4-6 hours are not completed yet, are they so buzy that they cant pick a call or call back for 5 consecutive days? I really don’t understand what is wrong with them. I have never encountered such service in my life time and i now regret for buying it from fireboltt website. This is the dumbest mistake i have made.
