Text of Complaint by HKS:

I PURCHASED FIREBOLTT AI NEW SMARTWATCH ON 17 NOV 2021 THROUGH FLIPKART.THE SMARTWATCH IS DISCHARGED AFTER 7 DAYS AND I CHARGE BUT NOT RESPONDING. FLIPKART DENIED FOR RETURN AND I MAILED MY COMPLAINED TO FIRE BOLTT ON 2 NOV,2021. I GOT RESPONSE THAT IT WILL BE COLLECTED BY BOLTT IN 3-5 DAYS BUT THEN EVERYTHING IS BLANK.THERE IS NO RESPONSE TILL DATE FROM BOLTT AND NEITHER THEY ARE PICKING UP COMPLAINS.
