Hello,
I have bought my smart watch on Jul 24, 2021 from Flipkart and product not functioning after 1 month. so i raised issue with Fire Boltt support using a link provided by them. they arranged a pickup and the product has been delivered at their site on 08 oct 2021, i keep sending the mails for the status but i never get any update from their support team. please help me

  1. I had same problem .Fireboltt team pickedup my watch but it’s been 15 days.no reply from then ,neither replying mails

  2. i purchased firebolt ring on 3 september 2021,after a week watch battery started draining like 1hour without doing anything,then replacement came in may 2022 and now touch issue in july and now they are saying warrany period is end
