My name is Ashwini Gopal.I have ordered One Fire Boltt 360 SPO2( for my son) on 01.07.2021 through Amazon and the product was delivered on 05.07.2021. While receiving the product was in working condition.But after one month of use it stopped working, and is neither getting charged nor getting ON.I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to infocare@boltt.com on 20 th August. After so many mails I got reply back the product will be replaced aftr checking the defective product, and the product was picked from my me on 14 September through Bluedart arranged by Fireboltt, also I was told that it may again take aroung 10
to 15 days for the replacement .Its being now more than 15 days, still no response from Fireboltt team.I contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone and they replied it will soon be replaced and no replacement have been done till now. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative. 😞
My fireboltt smart watch complaint, not charging life, One day charge only
Same thing happened with me they picked my fire boltt xplode 1500 speakers in September and now they are not reverting on my mails and they do not have any customer care number.

I purchase Fire Boltt Ninja BSW 007 from Flipcart.
I downloaded Da fit app on my mobile and set all functions of the smartwatch.
It worked for a few hours but after that, it is not showing any kind of display on the screen. Even after long-press, it is not showing any functions or display.
They just send mails …it will be collected…… but no one has collected yet..

Ive purchased fireboltt talk from https://fireboltt.com/ after some watch automatically shut down and after that not working even after long press key and charging as per discussion with some expert and Technician they also suggest this problem faced by many customers please dont buy any product of this brand
and Brand Ambassador Virat Kohli and Vicky Kaushal are also fraud
