This is V. Swaminathan. I have purchased Fire bolt beast smart watch through Amazon on 27th Oct 2021 and this item was not working (either switching on or charging). Raised the complaint through Fire bolt customer service and my item got reverse picked and delivered to their ware house on 1st Jun 2022. When I contacted customer care on this they mentioned my item will be replaced in 5 to 10 working days. It’s almost 2 weeks pasted still not received any update nor getting any information while contacting customer care. Sent many email on the same still they have not replied to any of the mails. Really disappointed with this kind of service and want to esacalte on this. Also please let me know whether I will be getting replacement or any alternate solution for the same.
