I have bought Fire Boltt Smart Watch. after 20 days the display stopped working. on the fire Boltt has initiated the pick successfully pickup id (1114248). After pickup the replacement should received within 7to8 working days, but till date no replacement has received. Now Fire Boltt is saying that there is no stock of same product, you please choose coupon and select other product of coupon. I really don’t want to buy any product from fire Boltt, considering the product service issue, i need my money back which i pay to Fire Boltt.

  1. Same issue I m facing, 20 days going on, my replacement watch out of stock. My Ticket I’d no is 1107478. No any care for any customer. Please help us.
