plz kindly attention to taken the notice my complaint is that the one smartwatch has been purchased fireboltt company on 14-06-2022 modol no. FIREBOLTT NINJA PROMAX Black 1.6″ order ID. OD225205484652452000, and after 1.5 months Some lines have started appearing on the watch automatically, earlier it was less and later it has started appearing on the whole screen,We went to the service center and he is not seeing any watch even though the watch is still under warranty.We are getting very worried about the watch.Please Resolve my issue asap.Thank You
