I ordered smart watch from Amazon and it delivered 12-1-2023 and i open the package and see inside no products found i depress it see no products i immediately contact Amazon customer and raise complaint and it say I investigation about it and i take 4 days for investigation and after 4 days it says investigation complete and i deliver right product and good product and refund not provide to you and i say but i didn’t receive any product but it can say sorry Amazon can’t not help you
