I got a defective product which was replaced with another defective non working smartwatch. I have registered several complaints on their website along with pictures & videos of the defective smartwatch. Everytime I get an email acknowledging my complaint with a ticket number but nothing happens beyond that. Have got no response until now for my last email & complaint.
