Dear Team,
We had applied for Jio fiber broadband connection at Girishpark, Kolkata – 700007 on 8th May 2023. The payment and the required documents were submitted on time but it’s been 20 days, still there is no update on the installation.
Had contacted the customer care, they said they will expedite the installation on high priority but nothing was done and we had not received any update or intimation regarding the same.
Mr Mofizul Islam (Assistant Manager, JC Enterprise DE Central Avenue, Kolkata – 700008), Office address as per his visiting: Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd, 1, Beliaghata MainRoad, Sealdah Big Bazar, Kolkata, West Bengal – 700014) was our point of contact who processed our application is not even answering our calls from the last couple of days. Please note that upon his confirmation we had applied for the connection.
Yesterday again we contacted your Customer Care Executive, Mr Sk Jeelani who requested 2 hours time to initiate the installation process but still there is no response.
We are requested to cancel the application and initiate the refund within 24hrs.
