Finwell deduct R685 for service on my bank account that was not briefly explained to me.

Text of Complaint by Lenit Alfredo Frans:

One of the consultants phone me for their product and I was listening but before she continued, she told me before she continues I have to except the debit order that I was not explain fully for what it is. The debit order was R685 and I except it and give the date but she also mension I can cancel it. I’m not sure the date. On whatsapp the consultant also ask me if I still gonna continue and I said no. On Monday the 18 March 2024 the bank sent me a message to put money in my account for deduction of R685 to Finwell and I emailed them to stop the deduction because I did not expect the product and send a message on the whatsapp group and no respond on the whatsapp but on the email and no one phone me back. I phone today 22March2024 and speak to one of the managers and he explained me something else that the R685 can’t be reverse because it is for the service I got and I explained him it was not explained to me like he did and the money their took was not mine it was my mother’s money and he said he will see what he can do and he also said before he help me and search my profile that im not registeredand could not find my profile and than he double checkedand find my profile. Now after 16h30 no one or the manager never phone back and their are closed. I send a email again to them.
