I ordered at Finifoxfashion.in on 17 July 2020. Got order confirmation as well as payment confirmation. I also received text message that confirmed the order and provided a delivery time of 14 days i.e. around 1 August 2020. There is no further communication in this regard. The customer care number 7046185863 as provided in the order confirmation text message is switched off. and the website is not accessible. I google searched and found 3 more customer care numbers as follows: 8367087700 – switched off. 7061193098 and 9144329190 – this rings, but nobody picks. Thereafter, I got a call back from 7061193098 who mentioned that my order got cancelled due to Covid and now refund can be processed. He took my mobile number and confirmed my name and order amount. I received an otp that he took from me. Thereafter forwarded a long code from his mobile number and asked me to forward that code to 9870804455 within 30 seconds else it will expire. At this point, before forwarding the long code, I asked him why is this strange process for refund. He did not explain anything and kept on saying forward the code to 9870804455 else it will expire and you will not receive any refund. I found it suspicious and asked him if its a fraud that he is attempting. and he said i am finifox fashion customer care, you have to forward the code now. I denied and he mentioned ‘go to hell then’.
