Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to inform you that I booked flat-906 A Wing with Dosti West county- 2 Cedar Building, Thane west  on dated 15th August 2018 under SUBVENTION SCHEME. Would like to appraise you till now I have paid Rs 88,19,348 Lac + Tax. Under subvention scheme i was advised by builder that am not liable to pay any Pre EMI till the flat possession is offered and for which I had to pay extra 15 Lacs built in the cost of the flat.  My concern is that Builder had an agreement with HDFC Bank till Feb’20 and they were to extend this agreement but Builder denied and instead requested me to Pay Pre EMI & against which Builder would reimburse within 5 days. I have paid 3 EMI- Rs 1,76,131 from 15^th March to 15^th May but none of the amount has been reimbursed even after my several requests- emails & phone. Kindly help me in reimbursement of my EMIs along with applicable Interest on account of delay or advise me any other way out. I am being harassed mentally and financially by the said builder as neither does he replies to our request nor give us any commitments for making any payment
