Text of Complaint by Yogesh chaudhari:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally report a serious case of impersonation and financial fraud conducted by .

When a person is in urgent need of a job and facing financial burden, it becomes easy to trust such opportunities and unknowingly make mistakes. By the time reality is realized, it is often too late.

There are already several complaints reportedly logged by individuals against this agency. Although I understand that I may not receive my refund, I sincerely hope that strict action can be taken to safeguard the interests of upcoming youth.

I received a reference for this opportunity through the apna jobs portal. The entire screening and selection process appeared highly professional and legally structured, making it easy for any job seeker to fall into the trap.

During the process:

– Money was collected in the name of bank account opening charges and verification formalities when I reached the placement location.
– The interview was conducted within two minutes, and an offer letter was immediately issued with terms and conditions entirely drafted by them there formatt and letter head.
– The screening process was designed to appear completely genuine and legitimate.
– I have chat history where the representatives claimed to be HR personnel from TCS, including a person identifying himself as Mr. Rahul patil.
– When I asked for official ID proof during my visit on 24 March 2026, they denied the association and avoided clarification.
– I was called for interview on 26 March 2026 (as informed to me) and again on 28 Marcg 2026 to complete formality joining at their Ghansoli office location.

When I visited their office on 20 February 2026, there were approximately 50+ candidates present, many of whom appeared to have already paid the demanded amount. This strongly indicates that multiple individuals may have been financially exploited in a coordinated and organized manner.

The fact that this operation is being conducted openly during daytime business hours suggests deliberate planning. The misuse of your company’s name to gain trust is extremely concerning and damaging, not only to innocent job seekers but also to your organization’s reputation.

I respectfully request your fraud prevention team to urgently investigate this matter. I am willing to share chat records, payment receipts, call details, and any other supporting evidence if required.

Kindly take necessary action and issue a public clarification if your organization’s name is being misused. Such steps may help prevent further victims from falling into this trap.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this serious matter.

Sincerely,
Yogesh Chaudhari
