It has become a trend with Nykaa to take orders and deliver the products for 15-20 days. They issue refund only after their courier partners return product to them while customer is stuck with no products and money stuck with Nykaa. They should give interest or compensation for keeping pur money with no products or service for 15-20 days. Please see attached screenshot. Why dies the customer have to wait for refund when the shipment was never Ttempted delivery and still with their own delivery partners. Need compensation for the days they have kept my money.
