I purchased airtel sim at a retailer named Sekhar, near vijeta hotel, Srikakulam on 2nd April 2021 with FRC 297 after that on 14th May 2021 again I have been going to the same person for the problem i.e.sim is not working, he rectified it and at the same time he offers Rs.1498 recharge offer (actually I know that is for 365 days) but he tells extra 28 days offer if purchased at him. I believed his words and sent the amount through phone pay. After that he says first “you enjoy the 28days extra first, after that 1year validity offer automatically generated. On june 10th 28 days over, actual 365 days offer not comes, I called him but from one week onwards he is escaping and deviated. I have his call recordings. Please give a proper justice to me.
