We are senior citizens and we booked a superior room in Central Heritage Resort and Spa
The Mall road, Robertson Road , West Bengal – 734101, Darjeeling. The bathroom drain of the room had filthy smell emanating out of it. The smell entered the room and suffocated us. We complaint to the hotel staff for which they did nothing. I got sick because of the smell. Presently, I am bed-ridden and cannot imagine to pay so much for such a horrible experience .
