Hi.. I have using Filpkart paylater For last 10 months.. I bought 4 product from filpkart paylater emi..I closed One emi.. now I have 3 emi.
All Going Good until last month..
Last Month I order Blout audio Bluetooth headphone (price: 799rs) using filpkart pay later..some times after My Frnd Suggest Oppo enco m32 Bluetooth headphone..
So I cancelled Blout audio Bluetooth headphone
And Order oppo enco m32 Bluetooth headphone (1599rs) using Filpkart paylater..
My Due date is dec 5
Dec 1 as Usual I check December month total due Amount
Price to pay..
But paylater is showing
5904rs

My emi’s as Given below
[1043 rs
922 rs
1224 rs
15 rs (processing charge)
1599 ( oppo enco m32) ]

If I add 3 emi due amount and 1 pay later amount
Total is 4803 rs

But they charging me extra 1100 rs

I call customer care..
They saying it’s errors.
We cant do anything..our backend team will contact..( no one called me )
And another person told me uninstall and Install the app sir it’s will be fine.( I try it but nothing happens it still showing 5904)

Tomorrow is my due date..
I have No choice but to pay that extra charge..
If I don’t pay..my cibil will affect and they chrg penalty charges..

Because of filpkart app error I am paying extra 1100 rs..
