Text of Complaint by Vipin:

1).  From Flipkart I purchased  LG 7.5 kg Semi Automatic Washing Machine on 14 sep 2018. Order id OD113377376473475000

 

2). Promised delivery date was 21 sep 2018.

 

4). No product delivered till 30 Sep 2018. Despite regular calls from our side.

 

5). On 1st Oct 2018 product showed delivered, but nobody contacted us and delivered nothing.

 

6). No vehicle with washing machine even entered inside our locality. CCTV footage also available.

 

7) On regular complaints, flipkart assured resolution on or before 06 Oct 2018.

 

8)  Complain lodged with Gati courier also. Docket No. 34019070. No resolution provided.

 

9) Now flipkart executives started making fun of us. They said 2 washing machines delivered on 21 sep 18 and 1 washing machine delivered on 1 oct 18.

 

Now what we can do.
