Kindly study my case .
As the time of delivery i found product NON BRANDED and different.
Same time i try denied to accept the delivery and delivery boy asked to call CS .
Same time i escalated to CS team and they ensured me they arranged the pickup let delivery boy to go.
Now i am struggling with the CS team and they only making request for calling seniors but till now i ahve not received any solution.
