In view of the above, I would like to request that I, Anantrao Rajaram Neel, age-43, of the company which conducts financial transactions under the scheme of Bharatpe and Postpay-de Dena Aram Se, run by the Founder and Managing Director, Ashneer Grover, remain – At.Po. Kondi, Taluka North Solapur, District – Solapur 413255, Mobile no. 8087795770 has been a customer since last October 2021. The company has been harassing me financially and financially from the very beginning, even after I had complained about the suspicious activities in the financial transactions by providing faulty services under the Postpay-De Dena Aram Se scheme. All my personal data, all contact numbers from my mobile are being hacked and misused by the company’s Postpay-de Dena Aram Se app. Over the last few days, misusing all the hacked contact numbers in my mobile, my friends, family, relatives and other relatives have been deliberately harassed by the employees of this company by calling them from unknown numbers from time to time. Despite repeated emails about the company’s practical shortcomings, they have been pushing me to commit s@uicide by not taking proper notice and resolving my doubts. While the company concerned is dealing financially with me, they are deliberately harassing all my friends, family, mothers, sisters, relatives and other relatives by making unauthorized phone calls. However, the founding and managing director Ashneer Grover and the concerned employees of Bharatpe and Postpay, a financial company, have been properly investigated and action has been taken against them for filthy, coercive, unreasonable amount, ransom demand, incitement to s@uicide, providing faulty service and related Indian Penal Code. The crime should be filed. This is a humble request.
