We imported one consignment from Germany dispatched date 9.8.22 Initial Expected date:16.8.22 to India after allot of follow up we found one contact from Delhi office they sent one invoice to release the Customs payment same day we have paid the amount on 28.8.22 but now no one are answering the calls this kind of worst service that we faced with FedEx and we now are 2.9.22 still now no response from any of the FedEx
We raised complaint four times but no action taken from anyone
