Text of Complaint by Praveeen D:

A chair was ordered from Featherlite secunderabad branch on August 4th. As per the company the estimated time of delivery is 15 days. It has been close to 20 days, so far there is no call or update from the company about the delay and no details on when it will be delivered.

I tried reaching out to the store via call/msg more than 50 times but none of the store personnel attend the call and even if they take the call, the responses are very rude.

The company has to be sued for their irresponsible/rude behavior on calls with customers, providing false timelines, no proper updates to customers on when the chairs will be delivered.
